Christmas Tree Festival 17th December 2012

Please come and vote for your favourite tree soon!  The eleven trees have been decorated by:

Gairloch Nursey - "The Nursery Tree" has been decorated by local children aged 3-5 years.

Good 4 Ewe - The Good 4 Ewe tree has a vegetable theme which represents what the Good 4 Ewe growers are all about, growing affordable, local chemical free produce.

Shipmate - "The Christmas Story" has been created by the local church group who meet in Poolewe every Tuesday.

Westlife - The "Fallen for Ewe" tree was decorated by a group of local adults with learning disabilities led by June Mayes.  The group meet and together grow fruit and vegetables from seed to taking and selling their produce at market.

Gaelic Toddlers - The Australian Christmas Tree was the idea of the Toddler group who meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

RAMIT - "Shimmon" the recycled tree was createed by local teenagers sho set themselves the challenge of making a tree from unwanted waste material..."No Tree was harmed"

Gairloch Youth Theatre - The "Peter Pan" tree was decorated by the cast of this years production.  A traditional Christmas fairy tale.
